What are Solo Ads?

In Ben’s own words, a solo ad is simply an email campaign that you send to a niche email list which you do not own and pay for it. Therefore you get a clicks to yur own offers or squeeze page.

You basically rent the email list of another online marketer in your niche. And there are MANY of these sellers and niches to choose from.

A lot of people are confused by how to build a profitable email list… but it actually couldn’t be any simpler, especially if you’re using Udimi in your favour.

 

We all need traffic to get sales or sign upsetc.  And this is some of the fastest, most predictable traffic you can get anywhere. What’s really cool is that you can actually promote Udimi to your list and make extra money as an affiliate because like I said “We All WANT and NEED Quality Traffic!”.

But Now back to Ben’s video…

He ordered an absolute TON of traffic on Udimi.

What’s really exciting about Udimi is that you can set parameters to find only the best solo sellers based on price and performance or even ratings and niche.

Some folks generally tend to think that they should either buy the cheapest clicks possible… or the most expensive. But the truth is, some cheap clicks are great, and some are awful.

Likewise, some expensive clicks are great, while others are awful. So, you have to test traffic on your offer, sometimes clicks are good but the offer does not match….

Here are recommended parameters…

1. Set “price max” to 70.
2. Set “got sales” to 30%.
3. Set “niche” to any.
4. Set “last seen” to within 24 hours.
5. Don’t worry about “ratings” right now.

Based on those parameters, a list of good-quality vendors will be displayed to you. Find a vendor that looks good to you and maybe ask question and see if he answers some.

Once you’re ready to test a particular list from a vendor, just go with a quick-and-easy 100-300 clicks to see how it works for you. If you’re happy with the results you get, you can always order a bigger campaign in the future. But keep in mind – First test the traffic and then Go Bigger!!! Marketing is Test Test Test….And then stick with what works for you!

Just make sure that you’re reading the seller’s offer to see what kind of traffic it’ll be. You need to consider things like…

• Where is the traffic coming from (US, Canada, UK, etc.)?
• What types of offers convert best with his/her traffic?
• Is this traffic proven to get sales?

After you’ve decided to work with a seller or not, you’ll want to decide whether to simply provide a link to your offer page… or to actually write up a swipe (email copy). Ben recommends that you choose “link only” and that what is okay because the seller knows his list better than we do 😉

So Where Should You Send Your Solo Ad Traffic from Udimi?

 

The biggest mistake you can make is to send paid traffic directly to affiliate offers or any other offer. You really need to be sending this traffic to a lead capture page aka squeeze page.

Lead capture page? What is this?

These are also referred to as squeeze pages. This kind of page is designed to capture email addresses that you can keep in touch with and market to again and again.

Keep in mind, it takes an average of 7-15 times of seeing your offer before people make a decision to take action on it. By capturing your leads’ email addresses, you can capitalize on this fact.

If you’re sending your traffic straight to a sales page, you may as well get a sale here and there but you lose a lot of money in the long run. This is a complete amateur move, and neither myself nor Ben recommends it. So, take us by word here 😉

To conclude, you have to sent Solo Ads from Udimi to a squeeze page and collect mails or even more information like name etc. It all depends on your needs, but keep in mind the more you want the lower the conversion rates. The most squeeze pages are converting between 25% and 40%. That means every 100 clicks are about 25 to 40 new leads. To succeed in the Internet Marketing world you have to know your numbers…How does one offer or page converts to a different offer. As you can see, buying solo ads isn’t complicated at all. It won’t take you hours of hard work, or a cause a lot of mental strain because it is just a matter of testing with Ben´s rules in mind.

Simply find good sellers, test their traffic, split-test your capture page, and promote fantastic offers to your list. Do this repeatedly.

I’ve said it before, but as repetition is the mother of skill, I’ll say it again…

Your success will be made or broken by your consistency, or your lack thereof. Consistency is key. Absolutely key.
